What’s Grosser Than Gross? Biggest Liquid Waste Disaster of the Month
We got a call from residents in a rural area of town who were experiencing a backup in the basement. Sewage was gushing onto the floors, so they needed emergency service right away. We learned that the couple had lived in the home for 25 years and had never had a septic pumping. They had no idea that their septic tank needed to be serviced periodically to prevent such disasters, and they had no idea where their septic facilities even were. Thanks to our experienced technicians, we were able to locate the tank using probes and successfully pumped out the sludge to relieve the backup.
These unfortunate customers could have easily prevented this emergency had they been educated on simple septic maintenance. We recommend routine pump service every 1-2 years depending on your water consumption and tank size. Obviously, they were way overdue! Fortunately, we came prepared with the best equipment and skilled technicians to easily tackle this septic backup. Congratulations to our guys for another job well done!
