Ogdensburg is home to the “Backwards Tunnel,” built in 1871 by the Midland Railway Line. Now a historic site, the tunnel is so named because it’s wider over the road than over the adjacent river, something that initially struck some people as “backwards.” To which Midland Railway Line executives responded, “Oh yeah, Mr. Smartypants, let’s see you build a tunnel over a river.”
There’s nothing backwards about our approach to service. Our highly trained technicians are always up to speed with the latest technology.
